Statement from Dr. Francisco Lechuga
I’m Dr. Francisco Lechuga, and I would like to clarify a situation that has recently gained attention on social media.
A patient I operated on approximately three years ago—who was referred to me by Dr. Luigi Palermo during his time at Ageless Clinic—has expressed dissatisfaction with her blepharopladty results and has, unfortunately, misattributed her surgery to Dr. Palermo.
I was the surgeon in this case.
Dr. Palermo had no involvement in the procedure beyond the initial referral and assisting me.
At the time, I advised the patient to allow for proper healing before evaluating the final results and considering further treatment. I continue to stand by my work and remain fully available should the patient wish to revisit her case with professionalism and respect.
My goal is to focus on resolution and transparency—not conflict. Let’s uphold the integrity of our medical community and address concerns directly and constructively.
