A veces, sobretodo las primeras veces que vienen, algunas personas tienden a ser agresivas verbalmente, a veces ofensivas. Antes me molestaba y me incomodaba. Ahora no es que me parezca divertido, pero sé que no es algo que esté dirigido a mi persona, entonces respondo desde la empatía y no termino enojada, pero si muy cansada.
Este trabajo no es nada más de "repartir chochos" es entender que y porque lo necesitan.

Entre el 1 y el 7 de agosto, estas jornadas de acción y concientización buscan promover la leche materna como la mejor forma de aportar al bebé todos los nutrientes necesarios para un crecimiento saludable y reforzar el vínculo afectivo amoroso, con palabras, miradas y caricias que favorecen su desarrollo integral.

Amamantar es recrear momentos de cercanía que contribuyen a la salud integral del bebé, ya que el tacto es el sentido más implicado en el desarrollo cerebral de los niños. Incluso si no se alimenta del pecho, existen formas de administrar la leche materna que le permiten al bebé participar activamente en su alimentación y a la vez generar ese vínculo sensorial, visual y afectivo con quien lo alimenta.

AJOG Expert Review in Labor: Abnormal fetal heart rate patterns caused by pathophysiologic processes other than fetal acidemia - FHR tracing of a case of hematogenous fetal infection because of Listeria monocytogenes
This patient was at 35 weeks and 5 days gestation in active labor; on admission, there were frequent uterine contractions accompanied by late FHR decelerations (arrows) (A); 60 min after admission, persistent and frequent late decelerations (arrows) with absent FHR variability were noted, resulting in an undulating FHR pattern (B); 90 min after admission, persistent fetal tachycardia, absent variability, and subtle late decelerations (arrows) were noted (C). At cesarean delivery, 90 min after admission, foul smelling amniotic fluid was noted; Apgar scores were 1, 6, and 7 at 1, 5, and 10 minutes, respectively; cord artery pH=7.18, cord vein pH=7.21; neonatal blood cultures were positive for Listeria monocytogenes; the female neonate was treated for neonatal sepsis with gentamycin and ampicillin for 2 weeks. https://ow.ly/HCxP50SsglR

AJOG Expert Review in Labor: Uterine-sparing surgical procedures to control postpartum hemorrhage: Pereira’s uterine compression technique - A, Anterior view. The superior transverse suture passes through the right and left broad ligaments of the uterus high in the avascular area (just under the 2 uterine horns) and is tied at the anterior wall of the uterus: (1) beginning of the superior transverse suture; (2) the superior transverse suture passes through the left broad ligament of the uterus, high up in the avascular area; (3) end of the superior transverse suture; and (4) the superior transverse suture is tied at the anterior wall of the uterus. B, Posterior view. The 3 transverse sutures are in place and tied at the anterior wall of the uterus (1, 2, 3). On the posterior wall, a longitudinal suture (4) is tied to the transverse suture (5) situated at the level of the lower segment. The suture is directed toward the uterine fundus; at the superior posterior wall, it superficially transfixes the myometrium, with the aid of the needle, before reaching the uterine fundus. Once at the fundus, the suture runs anteriorly along the anterior surface, which it also transfixes superficially through the myometrium in its superior portion, then descends and is finally tied on the anterior wall to the transverse suture located at the level of the lower uterine segment. https://ow.ly/yqIB50Q9aOb
