Air Flow 🌬✨5.30pm Tonight with 🌬✨
A blend of slow, mindful movements, deep yin stretches, pranayama and meditation. The air element is associated to the Ajna and Crown chakras and represents intellect, communication, the realm of the mind and spirit. The Crown chakra is known as the ‘bridge to the cosmos’ and is all about spiritual connection and transformation.

Through embodied movement, deep release, introspection and stillness we can observe the mind, let go of negative thought patterns and reconnect with our true nature; that of joy, happiness and bliss.

Connected to the astrological signs of Gemini, Libra and Aquarius you will leave the class feeling clear, peaceful and at ease.

Each day will begin with an energising cosmic serpent style of movement that fuses yoga pilates and dance. In the afternoon we unwind with yin yoga and guided meditation to release tension and stimulate deep sleep.

🪐ASTROLOGICAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Each guest on our retreat will have the opportunity to experience a Photoshoot for a discounted price of $300usd. ($600 outside the retreat)

This experience involves a 1hour in depth Astrological birth chart reading & 2hr photoshoot. You will leave the retreat with a Solar Medusa series that captures multiple aspects of your astral persona. 

Through consulting astrology we explore the many archetypes that your soul dances through during your human experience. Creating intention and authenticity behind your unique photoshoot.

🪐HUMAN DESIGN CHART BREAK-DOWN & WORKSHOP

Human Design combines elements of Astrology, the I Ching, the Chakra system, Kabbalah, and quantum physics revealing how our energetic vessels move and operate in the world. Knowing your design provides deep insights into who you are, what you're here to do and how you're here to do it.

On the retreat will share her knowledge of Human Design though an exclusive workshop. 

There is also the option to go deeper with a 1 on 1 human design reading while on the retreat.

Meet ✨♓ yoga teacher, entrepreneur, pisces sun and lover of nature.

Join her Pisces Vinyasa class on Tuesday at 5:30pm 🔗 in bio to sign up: A vinyasa yoga class centred around the flowy imaginative energy of Pisces. You connect to the water within to shift energy and activate the creative mind. Finishing with a deep shavasana to relax your energetic body and promote a dreamy sleep, just as Pisces intended.

Majo is super passionate about her vegan ideology & the Yogi philosophy of non-violence (Ahimsa). She has also developed her own vegan dessert business .vegan . She loves to share her practice and the philosophy of life that Yoga has given her, in order to motivate and inspire others to achieve a complete state of harmony. She first started her practice at the age of 14, during the recovery from an eating disorder and since then she has become a guide for others to connect to sensitivity and intuition. This has led her to know herself in depth and understand herself through internal and external exploration. She believes that no teacher is greater than the one within, and that life is about facing our fears and living with an open heart.

Our studio offers yoga, pilates, dance, breathwork, embodied movement, astrology, plant medicine ceremonies, Kirtan and sound baths. Our classes are taught in sync with music and our studio is a sacred sanctuary for a likeminded community in CDMX. Please note that majority of our classes are taught in English, but we also feature weekly classes in Spanish.
