Que las mujeres sean menos consideradas en los ensayos clínicos que los hombres se traduce en una atención médica perjudicial para ellas ya que no es tomada en cuenta la diferencia que hay entre la composición física de cada s**o afecta en las manifestaciones clínicas de cada enfermedad. Es hasta principios de la decada de los noventas que esta desigualdad se pusó en una mesa de discusión sin embargo aunque ya somos conscientes de esto en la actualidad seguimos enfrentando sesgos.
Dr. Travel es una empresa creada orgullosamente por mujeres que se suman a esta lucha de igualdad, equidad, visibilización y derechos para todas.

The fact that women are considered less in clinical trials than men translates into detrimental medical care for them, since the difference between the physical composition of each s*x is not taken into account and it affects the clinical manifestations of each disease. It was not until the beginning of the 1990s that this inequality was put on the table for discussion, however, although we are already aware of this, we continue to face biases today.
