Tachibana 2016: To predict high-risk coronary plaques on CT angiography, the best cutoff point was 5.8 mm on PLAX.
Pruthvi 2020: On echocardiography, 6.23 mm is the upper limit of normal.
Romano 2024: >5 mm is a reasonable “abnormal” value, and ≥6.5 mm is pathological/high risk.

Alteplase was delivered as infusion 25 mg over 6 hours, repeated every 24 hours for a maximum total dose of 150 mg). Tenecteplase was administered as a weight-based bolus dose of 0.5 mg/kg, repeated once, if necessary, after 24 hours.

Tenecteplase seems to be the fastest and perhaps most cost-effective option.
