I LOVE to add EFT tapping to my practices, it’s grounded and SO effective ✨
This one is when I need to clear and get back into my body.
You do not need to know what you are letting go of. Your body knows and subconscious knows 😌

Here is the full practice save it to do it on your own time!
We start on the karate chop point, the side of your hand. Tap here and say either out loud or in your mind:
‘Even though I have absorbed energy this week that is not mine, I release it now. My body knows what to let go of.’
Say that three times while you tap.
Now we move through the points. Tap each one about 7 times.
Top of the head — I release what is not mine.
Inner eyebrow — I let go of everything I have absorbed.
Side of the eye — my field is clearing.
Under the eye — I release other people’s energies and mine that do not serve me, with love.
Under the nose — I do not need to carry this.
Chin — it is safe to let go.
Collarbone — my body knows what to release.
Under the arm — I am clearing. I am free.
Now take one deep breath. In through the nose. Hold. And out.
Now we call our own energy back:
Top of the head — I call my energy back to me.
Inner eyebrow — everything that is mine returns now.
Side of the eye — I am whole.
Under the eye — my energy is my own.
Under the nose — I am grounded in myself.
Chin — I am clear. I am present. I am me.
Collarbone — my field is sealed and protected.
Under the arm — I am fully back in my own energy.
Place your hands on your heart. Three slow breaths.
