Mediumship work is not only for the “gifted ones”. EVERYONE has the ability to connect to higher energies. Using mediumship to connect to ones that have transitioned is one thing, using mediumship to receive clarity, resonance, elevate our vibration is another one that everyone can be using and doing for their everyday wellbeing.

Your emotions don’t just exist in your mind! They live in your body.

I find this fascinating and really wanted to share it with you 🤍 when I’m doing energy healing sessions I FEEL the warmth or the coldness within your body and what I realized is that even if an emotion is coming from the past I can also still feel it - if I can feel it and transform it to a healing process, you can too.

Neuroscience has shown that emotions are experienced as physical sensations, and that most people feel them in very similar areas of the body.

Through emotional body mapping, researchers observed that each emotion activates specific zones:
tightness in the chest, heaviness in the stomach, pressure in the head, warmth in the heart.

What’s fascinating is that very different emotions can feel almost identical in the body like fear and excitement while others, such as love and grief, activate completely different areas. And that’s where on my side I can differentiate fear from excitement : psychic abilities are giving extra information.

But also, THIS study confirms something essential: your body feels before your mind understands.

From an intuitive and energetic perspective, emotions are not random, they are information and are energies are moving through the body.

When you learn to notice where you feel something,
you stop fighting your emotions and start understanding what they’re asking for.

Your body is constantly communicating giving you guidance about how you feel, your emotions.

There is one thing I never ignore ‼️

Have you ever had that recurring thoughts :

👉 call that person
👉 reply to that message
👉 pay that bill
👉 start the project
👉 send the email
👉 don’t do this
👉 don’t say that

I don’t treat it as “I should” or “I shouldn’t” I treat it as information.

And this is important:
this is not anxiety, and it’s not mental noise.
This is intuition on the earth plane when it feels clear, calm, repetitive. An inner knowing.

I’ve seen this pattern over and over again in my own life.

When I used to ignore those nudges for days, life would bring them back anyway: Running into the person, receiving the message before I replied, felt the opportunities were “missed” or being placed in a situation that felt heavier, awkward, misaligned.

And every time, the same thought:

I knew I should have done it earlier or I shouldn’t have said that or done this. And it’s different from common sense: when the information comes, it comes back, it’s a sudden thought, an emotion and physical sensation.

So what I ALWAYS DO: If a thought comes back 2–3 times without emotional charge, when I HEAR the message when I KNOW that this is information I shouldn’t skip, I do it. I don’t think twice and today to be honest it doesn’t have to come back 2-3 times 😅

That’s how intuition actually works: It doesn’t always arrive with fireworks, it builds through small daily respect.

People want intuition for big revelations BUT it’s the small ones that build trust and trust is what opens everything else. The small intuitions, the day to day ones are the ones that are making you take actions to build the big opportunity, the big change.

If something is coming back to you right now, you already know what it is 🙃🤍

Have you ever walked away from someone and thought… “Wait… why do I suddenly feel like this” or spent time with someone and either felt drained or happy or joyful or sad? There’s something real happening when we all meet:

Psychology calls it emotional contagion: the way we unconsciously mirror and absorb emotional states through tone, micro-expressions, posture, and nervous system signals. We synchronize without trying.

And on a deeper level, many spiritual traditions teach that we also carry an energetic space around us what some call the aura: holding emotional information, subconscious patterns, and energetic memory.

Whether you explain it through science or spirituality, the truth is the same: the people you’re around affect your inner state and vice versa!

So the goal isn’t to become cold or closed. The goal is to learn how to stay open… without leaking your energy everywhere: not to absorb and be an energetic sponge but it goes the other way 👉 you might not want to pass on unwanted energies 🤍

And everyone can learn, can develop and control what they give and receive 🤲✨
