🟣🟣 Hoy 8 de marzo se conmemora,NO se celebra, el día internacional de la mujer.

Te comparto algunos Datos duros…

En nuestras instituciones de salud el 70% del personal son mujeres.

Pero DOS de cada TRES mujeres en este sector han sufrido violencia de algún tipo: discriminación, acoso laboral, acoso sexual o violencia sexual.

Que debemos hacer?

Conocer todas y todos los códigos de conducta y protocolos institucionales instruidos por las autoridades. Ante estos hechos es importante DENUNCIAR, esto es indispensable.

🟣 NO felicites a las mujeres HOY, mejor inicia un cambio en tu propio entorno hospitalario y académico.
