Me encantó este ejercicio. Añade como ritual en la noche, tres agradecimientos diarios antes de dormir.
ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE If you ask AJ Jacobs, the New York Times best-selling author and "human guinea pig" who embarked on a mission to thank every single person who played a part in making his morning coffee (over 1,000 people!) and wrote about it in his book, Thanks a Thousand—gratitude is about "noticing the hundreds of positive things that happen every day instead of focusing on the three or four that go wrong."
So how exactly can you put gratitude into practice (plus improve your sleep while you're at it)? "When trying to go to sleep, instead of counting sheep, try counting things you’re grateful for. And here’s the trick: Do it alphabetically. For instance, you could start with A, and be thankful for the apple pancakes your husband made last weekend. And then go to B, and thank Barry, the HBO show, for being so smart. And so on. I rarely make it past G or H when I fall asleep," says Jacobs.
