Prodensa convened leaders from Mexico’s most advanced manufacturing operations, along with institutions driving foreign investment, for an executive session focused on the future of global manufacturing, supply chains, and North American competitiveness. Today’s data from the U.S. Census Bureau marks a historic shift: Mexico is now officially the United States’ largest export market, reaching $226B USD in goods exported from January to August, and $29B USD in August alone.

As Emilio Cadena, CEO of Prodensa, explains this milestone underscores the strength of our regional supply chains and the strategic advantage of a connected North America. 75% of U.S. export sectors now count Mexico as their first or second largest buyer, reflecting how deeply integrated our economies have become.
