Lo único que buscamos como cirujanos plásticos es quitar lo que sobra para hacerte brillar aun mas. Como en mi paciente que les muestro, en quien hice una rinoplastia cerrada preservadora de tipo push down, con mini-lipopapada, micro-fat-grafting de mentón y pómulos con un resultado natural y hermoso.

The only thing we seek as plastic surgeons is to remove what is left over to make you shine even more. As in my patient that I show you, in whom we did a preservation push-down closed rhinoplasty, with mini-lipopoplasty, micro-fat-grafting of the chin and cheekbones with a natural and beautiful result.
