👉In this workshop we will show you how you can change the natural and artificial light in your environment to affect massive change in your health and quality of life. 🍃
🦠🧬🩻From hormones, immunity, fertility, energy, production, sleep quality, and more. Light as medicine is a panacea hidden in plain sight. It is taken for granted and often underappreciated that the sun is inextricably connected to all life on this planet.
As mammals, we have a special relationship between light frequencies, hormones, and our mitochondria, which are the energy-creating reactors of our cells. We are no longer exposed to the natural frequencies found in nature of all types.
In fact, we have replaced them with an invisible ocean of man-made light frequencies and electromagnetic fields. When it comes to environmental health, we have to always ask.

We harness the fundamental forces of 🔆☀️light/💫magnetism, 🌊water, 💨air, and 🤸🏻‍♂️movement, anchoring them upon the bedrock of the emotional and 🧘🏻‍♂️spiritual to provide a strong foundation.
