Rolfing aka Structural Integration is a form of therapy that works directly with the fascia. Fascia is a connective tissue that is found all over your body connecting bones, organs, muscles, joints etc. Rolfing facilitates healing through 10 sessions, each with specific goals, to help realign your body with the gravity field and awaken your fascia so that it becomes your therapist. 😍 Learn more at https://www.gravitybodyacademy.com or DM for information. Rolfing tiene su nombre en honor a su fundadora, la Dra. Ida P. Rolf. Es una forma de trabajo corporal que reorganiza los tejidos conectivos, llamados fascia.

Rolfing, or Structural Integration, is named after its founder, Dr. Ida P. Rolf who created the method more than fifty years ago. It is a form of bodywork that reorganizes connective tissues, called fascia.

Fascia surrounds, supports, and penetrates all muscles, bones, nerves, and organs. This form of therapy works on connective tissues to release, align, and balance the entire body, reducing adhesions and relieving pain. Rolfing seeks to restore flexibility, revitalize energy, and make you feel more comfortable in your body.
