Had a wonderful long weekend with friends and family. Had a little staycation away to Cancun and Isla Mujeres for two nights and filled my cup with love, good food and connection with nature.
It’s now a new month and everyone is posting back to school pictures. September always feels like the beginning of the new year as fall schedules with kids start and routines are back after the summer. Are you ready for the “new year?” 😁

I haven’t posted about my daughter since her birthday in June but I just wanted to share how proud I am of her. She decided to try a little modeling and with just taking pictures with a friend, in her own clothes and makeup and her own personality shining through, she has been in 5 magazines in 2.5 months!!
Now we are trying to grow her Instagram account, so if you want check her out and maybe give her a follow 😁 We would really appreciate it 🙏

Last Wednesday night in Saskatoon I got to enjoy a beautiful evening at for a sound bath. If you are in Saskatoon and have not checked out the Energy Enhancement System, you are missing out!! If you have any health issues this system will help you to heal. I had a scratched cornea and after two sessions in the system, my eye had healed itself. And if you are lucky enough to attend one of their events, like a sound bath, it’s even more magical!

Nothing like connecting to nature!! 🌲🦆🐿️❤️
Spent the night at a friends cabin and immersed myself in the sounds and energy. I feel so grounded and have more clarity for the future. Some yummy smores with wine helped 😁😆

Enjoyed cacao this morning while watching the squirrels and birds and even had a butterfly insist on sitting on me for 30 minutes 🦋

Spent some time on the water kayaking and had a mother duck remind us to stay back and not disturb her babies 😊

Connected to all the elements, earth 🌲 water 🛶 air 🦋 fire 🔥 I feel complete 😊

A wonderful day in the mountains enjoying their energy. I do love the ocean and the element of water but there is just something about the earth and the mountains and trees. I feel calm and grounded 🧘🏻
