The modern world and its many distractions makes it incredibly difficult to be in the moment. I myself and so distracted and either thinking about the past or planning the future.

My beautiful teacher once said ‘the divine lives and dies in every single moment. And we miss it every time’

The spark of life really is in every moment. Make sure you catch some ❤️

What does this mean to you?

When I contemplate this notion deeply- BOUNDARIES are what come to mind.

Let me explain.

When we are not true to ourselves and we sacrifice and sabotage ourselves excessively for others we completely dim our light, we lead uninspiring lives and end up carrying a weight, a burden of resentment through life with us.

The words spoken from love, when directed at ourselves, deeply are extraordinarily healing.

This can lead to us unlocking our ultimate full potentials, becoming shining beacons for the universe to see clearly and healing our self sabotaging and resenting patterns.

As a very wise friend and brother says

‘The whole world needs each of us to reach our highest potentials. Otherwise what a waste’
