Everything in life has a beginning…
and an end.
And our beginning…
was in water.

For 9 months,
you were formed and developed
inside the sacred ocean of your mother’s womb.

Floating.
Listening.
Feeling… before thinking.

And the amniotic liquid that held you
shares the same saline properties as the sea.

Maybe that’s why the ocean feels so familiar.
In French, the sea is called La Mer…
so close to La Mère :the Mother.

And perhaps that is what we are truly searching for
when we return to the water.

A return to the origin.
To the place where life first held us.

What if the water is still trying to bring you back home?

like the first place you ever knew.

Held in a quiet, weightless embrace,
you return to the womb of yourself.

No questions asked.
No masks to carry.

Only space…
to feel, to listen, to remember.

Water does not give you answers,
it reflects them.

A mirror of your depths.
A messenger of your soul.

And in that stillness…
you realize:

Everything you’ve been searching for
was already within you.

Water doesn’t just hold you…

it reflects you.
It cleanses.
It softens.
It reconnects.

Not just with water… but with your own waters.
Because the way you relate to water…
is the way you relate to yourself.

And when you begin to care for water…
you begin to care for your own.

Some women didn’t lose trust in men…
they learned to survive them.

Through words.
Through absence.
Through touch that didn’t feel safe.

So the body adapts.

It protects.It closes.It attacks first…
Not because it wants to hurt, but because it learned it had to.

And even when the mind says,
“I want to trust again…”the body says,
“Not yet.”

This is where water changes everything.

Because in water…there is no force. No expectation.
No taking. Only presence.

A masculine that doesn’t invade…but supports.
That doesn’t control…but listens.

And slowly…the body begins to feel something different. Not because it was told to trust,
but because, for the first time in a long time…
it feels safe enough to soften. To rest.
To receive.
Not all at once. But enough…to remember that it’s possible.

WHEN RECEIVING FEELS UNSAFE

Some women learned to give everything…
to hold, to serve, to stay strong; because receiving, especially from the masculine, never felt safe.

So they became the ones who hold space…
but not the ones who are held.
Yet beneath that strength…
THERE IS A BODY LONGING TO SOFTEN.

To TRUST.
To RECEIVE.
And that takes immense COURAGE.

IN WATER, CONTROL DISSOLVES.
The body no longer needs to give… only to feel.

To be SUPPORTED.
To SURRENDER.
To RECEIVE.

And slowly… something rewrites itself.
