Yet gross

A slow dance

A sensual dance

A playful decadent dance

The outer world follows

This is energy alchemy work

Teaching: what if everything you believe to be true, isn’t?

Questioning all beliefs and held truths is a pillar of my work both personally and professionally in the ways I serve the women I work with.

Therefore I love it when I get to see clearly how my own beliefs and perception about a specific experience turn out to be a disillusion and distort my ability to receive. Aka sending me up the garden path so to speak.

The moments that matter

Music is medicine.

There really is nothing that serves the soul quite like singing and making music together and me getting bitten by some crazy insects 😳

I love this medicine ceremony song. Tamborcito. It was shared with me by my voice medicine song teacher in Guatemala 2 years ago to support healing and opening my voice. I enjoy singing it to get into a flow state.

In essence the lyrics..
Little tambourine, little tambourine help me to sing in order to heal my voice, in order to heal my voice…and for it to arrive where it has to go. To the heart of my brothers & sisters, the earth, water, air and fire 🙏

Guatemala was where I first met my dear brother we were both volunteering at at Lake Atitlan. Infante is crazy talented he creates insane visual Mapping at large festivals and events and is often jet setting sharing his art with the world.

Our paths some howled us both from Guatemala to Playa Del Carmen.

Today we reminisced over all the moments we’ve shared and spent the day reconnecting in nature, near water with a cool breeze and bird song over head at Centoe Sol & Luna.

Gracias mi cariño para un día mágico ✨

Mexico 🇲🇽

Cenotes for days. Lapping it up before I head back to London in July for the summer.

I could say so much but I’ll keep it very brief.

Becoming a Mexican Resident is:

My declaration to these gorgeous lands, seas, winds & ☀️, espíritu and my creative essence that I AM DEVOTED to being here and sinking down roots 🌳

I’ll be back in London for the summer then back here in the Autumn. 2022 is a big year ✨

Living on the Caribbean coast offering soul service work has been on the vision board for as long as I can remember.

It’s been 10 years in the making.

It hasn’t been plain sailing getting here.

There’s been a lot that I had to do to get here and be here (inner self)

It’s been 💯 million % worth it.
