Thanks to our instructor, and Zen teacher, . Zuisei is a Zen Buddhist and former monastic who received dharma transmission (authorization to teach) at Zen Mountain Monastery. Zuisei trained full time at the monastery for over 24 years and now devotes herself to teaching, writing, editing, and meditating on the beach :)

Welcome to Zen Meditation in Playa. Currently we have a Women's group that meets every Thursday from 7-8 am. Cis- and trans women, and non binary folks are welcome. Bring a mat and a cushion or something to sit on. FREE.
