Curry is one of my favorite dishes, typically includes a combination of spices, herbs, meat, vegetables, or legumes, cooked in a sauce.

There are many benefits of curry, as so they are in almost every dish you love.

🍛Antioxidant properties: Turmeric, cumin, and coriander contain antioxidants that help neutralize harmful free radicals in the body.

🍚Anti-inflammatory effects: Turmeric, a key ingredient in curry powder, contains a compound called curcumin, which has been shown to help reduce inflammation in the body.

🍛Digestive benefits: Ginger, cumin, and coriander aid digestion and alleviate gastrointestinal discomfort.

🍚Heart health: Garlic, ginger, and turmeric, have been associated with improved heart health: lower cholesterol levels, reduce blood pressure, and decrease the risk of blood clot formation.

😣😖Bloating and inflammation are different but related. Bloating refers to a feeling of fullness or tightness in the abdomen while Inflammation is the body's response to injury, infection or alert that can cause inflammation in the whole body.

🤗Some TIPS to reduce both:

✅1. Stay hydrated to help your body process and eliminate waste more efficiently.
✅2. Eat smaller, more frequent meals to avoid overloading your digestive system and minimize the risk of bloating.
✅3. Practice constant relaxation techniques.
✅4. Incorporate probiotics into your diet, as they can promote a healthy balance of gut bacteria and aid digestion.
✅5. Practice regular physical activity to stimulate bowel movements and boost circulation.
