In 1980, Don Henley, drummer from the epic rock band The Eagles said, "The band would play together again when hell freezes over". In Miami in 2001, I attended my childhood rock idols' Farewell Tour -- Kiss. That 'farewell' never seemed to stick and Kiss is currently on tour again in 2013! Even Robert Plant, this year said in an interview about Led Zepplin, 'Tell Jimmy Page that I'm available in 2

014'. And, the late, great Guru, Sri. Pattabhi Jois did his Final World Tour in 2000. And his Final Final World Tour in 2005. And then his Last Final FINAL World Tour in 2006. When asked about opening a yoga studio in recent years, Michael Gannon has said, "I'm not opening another yoga studio until I am too old to continue traveling around the world!". Well, maybe I'm getting too old. Or maybe it's just 3-kids are slowing me down...Because as we speak, we are building a world class yoga school in paradise, Playa del Carmen, Mexico. And it is going to be Epic! So many things about this project are being done in a way to go beyond what a typical yoga studio in Mexico has to offer. Yogaloft Playa del Carmen is now being built with:

- Two yoga shalas that open into one that will accommodate over 80 mats
- Hardwood floors
- Proper, private bathrooms with 3 showers in the Women's and 2 showers in the Men's
- A extensive boutique
- Inside chill space with low indian tables
- Reach in cooler filled with coconut water, juices, chai, lassi and superfood shakes. All prepared daily in retornable glass bottles (NO plastic)
- A puja room
- A meditation loft
- Multi-use therapy room -- massage, acupuncture, Chiropractic, aromatherapy, ayurveda, etc...
- Private office and work space
- An outdoor garden terrace with tables and chairs surrounded in lush green growth.
- A parking garage
- International guest teachers -- workshops and month-long teaching stays
- All inclusive, Urban Retreat Packages, offered to teachers around the world to bring their own groups of students for teacher trainings, holidays and retreats.
- A 7-days full schedule with multiple styles of yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kids, Pre-Natal) meditation, live music events, and more
