Anxiety, depression, anguish, sadness, suicidal thoughts, toxic relationships, pain, abuse, my body screamed at me through different physical ailments, its discomfort, this was my daily life...
I dreamed of being a smiling, happy, free, healthy woman, who could see myself in the mirror and accept my reflection, I dreamed of feeling enough.
I spent my days at home doing nothing, not knowing how to change this, questioning whether that reality that I dreamed about so much was possible for me or if it just wasn't part of what I had to live with. Frustrated and devastated.
Finally one day I decided to turn the page and got divorced, I wanted to change my life, I became certified as a holistic coach and there began my journey of self-healing, I had the opportunity to get closer to ancestral medicines and the Taitas, Nanas and Marakames and they guided me with their knowledge so that I could delve into the depths of my being. I got on a roller coaster of learnings, experiences and emotions that I didn't know exactly where I was going to end up but I was sure I was moving and transforming from where I started.
Once I decided to invest in myself, the doors began to open, I made myself my priority, I decided to work on myself, to go deep within myself to face my darkest fears, my dragons, and I was able to see where they came from. those beliefs that had kept me sick and in pain. I began to heal my physical body and
find the root of the problems from the depths of my being and my lineage. Allowing me to cut through limiting beliefs and patterns to heal my body, mind and spirit.

Thanks to this great journey of self-knowledge and the medicine of my grandmothers, my ancestors, my lineage and my heart, I was able to regain my autonomy, my self-love and my creative capacity that led me to manifest the physical, emotional and spiritual health that I dreamed of so much. Taking responsibility for my body, my decisions and my learning processes.
Once I managed to recognize and empower myself from the inside out, I found the inner peace and self-love that have allowed me to generate healthy bonds, have the partner I always dreamed of, enjoy a healthy body, love and expansion.
