“There is no doubting that many people have sore spots that they can feel in their muscles and other soft tissues, and even feel like there is a lump or knot there!

But believe it or ‘knot’… muscles knots just haven’t been conclusively proven to exist!

And just because pressing on these sore spots can feel nice and relieve pain, it doesn’t mean it’s a muscle knot releasing!”
