I love a grab-and-go breakfast for mornings when I have to get out the door quickly.

This chia pudding is delicious, high in fiber and a good source of omega-3s, so it keeps me full and gives me steady energy.

I often add a scoop of Greek yogurt for a little extra protein.

Most of us carry a lot of tension in our necks and shoulders. This is an easy way to work some of it out.

No block? Try a pillow or foam roller. Move slowly. Aim for 5–8 reps per exercise.
