We are a clinic specialized in the treatment of all emotional disorders, which manifest themselves as addiction to drugs, alcohol, gambling, people, relationships and / or eating disorders. One of a kind, we base our 12 step influenced program on sober camaraderie, shareda stories, families, personal experiences, healthy relationships & thrilling activities that introduce a new way of living. Our goal is to get to the source of the problem that intensifies the reaction. In addition to providing breathtaking views on a comfortable 2 acre hacienda in Puerto Nuevo, MX, we strive to create genuine and personal relations with our patients and their families so that maintaining a new sober way of life can be achieved.

Sabaugh’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. 🙌 After 10+ years of battling m**h and fentanyl, his parents stepped in at the perfect moment and brought him down to Baja Rehab—the best decision ever made for his life.

When he arrived, he was in full psychosis, but he fought through the darkness. Now, he’s 2 years and 2 months sober and giving back as one of our amazing Behavioral Techs here at Baja. 🌟

Proof that recovery is possible. 💯 We are beyond proud of the man he’s become and the hope he brings to others on the same path.

When Kylie and Vincent came to us, they were in a dark place — but they didn’t give up. They showed up every day, leaned into the work, and supported each other through it all.

Now, 7 months and 20 days sober, they’re thriving.
Kylie successfully transitioned into a great sober living and IOP, where she’s now the H&I Assistant Manager, helping others find their way.

Are you passionate about helping others and making a real impact in the field of addiction and mental health recovery? Baja Rehab is looking for a licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic and dedicated team.

🧠 Position: Clinical Psychologist
📍 Location: Rosarito, Baja California
🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🔍 Requirements:

Must be licensed to work as a Psychologist in Mexico

Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Experience in addiction treatment and co-occurring disorders

Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and teamwork

Comfortable working in a structured, supportive, and high-impact clinical environment

🎯 Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group therapy sessions

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team (counselors, doctors, clinical director)

Support family involvement through therapy and updates

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
