Join me for a restorative & energising vinyasa flow yoga practice. I teach a strong flow to music, mixed with deep relaxation, guided meditation and essential oils. With almost 15 years experience and inspired by many strands of yoga, my teaching style combines elements from ashtanga, jivamukti, ayengar, restorative and yin yoga. Sophie Sheppard @ Sophie Yoga Home Studio, Casa Corzo, One Love and Marea Private individual and group classes also available. Tailor made tuition designed to incorporate individual needs according to ability, needs and wants. With views of the ocean, my home studio offers a calm and serene space to evolve and grow your practice. Alternatively I can teach you in the comfort of your own home and I supply all necessary equipment and props.
