🗓 Monday / Wednesday / Friday
⏰ 11:00 AM – 1 opening
⏰ 12:30 PM – 1 opening
These sessions are ideal for husbands and couples living together who see strength training as part of a healthy, intentional PV lifestyle, not a short‑term workout plan.
Husbands and couples train together at no extra charge.
One coach, one shared program, and significant savings compared to individual personal training. Training together builds consistency, accountability, and connection, while supporting long‑term health.
A lifestyle focused on healthy aging
Jai’s resistance‑training clients range in age from their 30s through their 80s. The common thread is not age, it’s commitment to:

Staying strong and capable
Supporting joint health, balance, and bone density
Aging with confidence and independence
Creating habits that support a long, active life together

Consistent strength training is one of the most powerful investments you can make in healthy aging, improving strength, mobility, posture, metabolism, and overall quality of life at any stage.

Training takes place in a private gym inside the Vallarta Breeze Yoga space, located in El Caloso. The gym is walkable from anywhere in Old Town and the Romantic Zone, making it easy to integrate into your daily routine.
The space is designed for comfort, privacy, and ease:

No one waiting on you
No crowded commercial gym atmosphere
Fresh towel service provided
Showers available on site for seamless transitions into your day

Programming built for longevity
Training is 3 days per week, using either:

Full‑body sessions
Push / Pull / Legs split

Programming is selected based on recovery, experience level, and long‑term sustainability, supporting strength you can carry with you for years to come.
