Fall is a time for reflecting, refining, and releasing. It's associated with the metal element, which represents clarity, order, and letting go. This season is about the lungs, their ability to take in and eliminate, and how we can cultivate rebound and courage in times of change, seasonal and otherwise.

In this class, we'll explore fall postures for resiliency and levity (hint--you can't spell lunge with out L-U-N-G), pranayama to enhance lung capacity and power, and refined measure to help us reorganize after the carefree season of summer.

This class is open to all levels, and is on a pay-what-you-can basis with a suggested payment of $10-$20.
