How’s your Chikung practice?
How do you feel about your practice?
Have you noticed any change in yourself?
Are you having any specific trouble with your practice?
A few reminders:
First, if you have any question about Chikung feel free to ask and share here.
Second, practicing every day has an accumulative and transformative effect on you from inside-out and results will be noticeable soon.
Third, for better results you may practice in the morning or evening.
If you can’t sleep practice mentally and you will fall asleep soon.
Fourth, the slower and deeper your breathe, the slower and deeper your movements. “Movement follows breath”.
Fifth, repeat each lizhang three times.
Sixth, this first section of the basic system is working on your muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and meridians.
At the same time you’re cultivating the three core energies or Essence, Life force and consciousness. This is why your Self is transformed inside-out.
Seventh, when practicing focus on your breathe and how the movements follow it in synchronized rhythm and cadence.
Eighth, if you find yourself distracted either physically or mentally while practicing just move your attention to your breath and movements, and regain awareness.
