How to be feminine

How do you return to your softness when it feels like the world and all its actors have been designed to harden you?

How do u truly surrender to the flow of life? Kick back into your feminine, accept, allow, nourish, observe & receive.

I feel ur pain... it is deep and wide. It is ancestral and collective... you are here to feel this with us. The unfelt pain of generations of oppressed, stifled & abused feminine.

Feminine does not just refer to women bodied humans.. it is a quality woven into all of life... animate and inanimate. Male bodied humans are taught to oppress & despise their own feminine from a very young age.

The "toxic masculine" we see manifest everywhere is nothing but the product of the oppressed wounded feminine in everything. Let us lick each other's wounds, rather than point fingers and blame.

Return to your feminine, be you male or female. She has risen. She is calling all her children back to her way. Her way is inside you, closer to you than your own heart beat. She misses you, she wants to hold you and be held by you. She is your softness, your kindness, your forgiveness, your inner world, your ability to slow down, be still & reflect...

Animator of all life she dances & weaves, she bends and turns, she spins & drops, she ebbs & flows... sigh... how we have forgotten her ways.

Remember with me here. In this moment, in this instance... if you have become a rock hardened by this world, remember that only the crumbled open fertile soil receives the benefit of the rain. And what of the rock? It takes in little of this rain, for it is hard, dense, cold & heavy. Which one are you?
