Meet Annahy, the creator of in Rosarito & your WAAM retreats yoga instructor.

Annahy began her training as a psychologist at CETYS and then continued as a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher (200 RYT) in Todos Santos. She is also certified as a Sound Meditation Healer, Spiritual Coach, and Reiki Master amongst other holistic therapies, including quartz and aromatherapy.

Annahy loves blending her yoga practice with nature and is the mother of a one-year-old baby. Her passion is to seek strategies that help individuals find wellness in all aspects of life—physical, emotional, and spiritual.

‘The Bars’ is the name given to the 32 points in the head where we store our thoughts, feelings, emotions, decisions, attitudes and ideas from this or other lifetimes. The things that we store at these points are our limitations that cause problems in many areas of our lives.

In your Bars session Mariana will touch these points to clear the electromagnetic charge and release these limitations. The points correspond to different areas of our lives, such as money, control, creativity, aging, joy and communication—and at some level, are all intrinsically connected.
