Have you tried my jalapeño popper recipe yet?! These only take 20 minutes to make!

You can prep and freeze the filling as well to make them anytime!

Ingredients:
🌶️Jalapeño Peppers, (cut into half lengthwise and remove membranes and seeds)
🧀8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
🧄3 T Fried Garlic (fry chopped garlic in 2T olive oil)
🌿3 T Chopped Cilantro
🧂1 t Salt
1/2 t Black pepper
1t Roasted Cumin powder
1 t Chat Masala
2T Fresh Basil
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
Softened butter
Bread crumbs(fresh)
1/2 t Kashmiri mirch

Method
- Mix ingredients from cream cheese to parmesan cheese Fill Jalapeño peppers with 1T of this mixture. Spread a little butter, bread crumbs and sprinkle Kashmiri mirchi.
- Bake at 400 degrees (F) for about 12 minutes until light brown or bake in an air fryer at 360 degree (F) for 11 minutes. Serve hot
- Makes 20 jalapeno poppers

Khichdi in the Instant Pot💛 - This is one of my most popular videos, and for a good reason.

This is an excellent meals for college students as it takes less than 30 minutes to make!
Our grandkids will eat this up instantly. Nothing like warm khichdi, it’s so comforting.

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp rai
Pinch of hing
2 cinnamon sticks
2 small bay leaves
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
1/2 tsp green chilis
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp red cayenne pepper
1 tsp coriander powder (or sambar powder)
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup basmati rice
1/4 cup toor dal
1 Tbsp cilantro
1 cup fresh spinach
1 tsp salt
4 cups water

How to make paneer paratha in 3 simple steps🤎

These parathas are full of fiber and such a great filling meal.

Dough
* 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
* 1 1/2 Tbsp oil
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 cup warm water

Mix all ingredients except water in the mixer. Mix it for a minute or so. Slowly add water to form a soft dough. Rub little oil on top of it, cover. Can make it by hand too, let it rest for 20 minutes.

Filling
* 2 cup Paneer, grated
* 1 Tbsp Ginger, chopped
* 1/4 cup Onions, finely chopped
* 2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
* 1/4 tsp Kashmiri mirch
* 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
* 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
* 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
* 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
* 1/2 tsp Pomegranate seeds
* 3/4 tsp salt

Method
* Take a ball of dough, spread a little by hand, stuff about 2 to 3 T of paneer filling, close and roll paratha with the help of some dry flour.
* Heat a flat pan and cook paratha on both sides, adding ghee on top of it until it’s light brown.
* Serve it hot with yogurt, pickle and butter!

We love to make this Thandai to celebrate Holi💛

Ingredients:
* 1/4 cup Almonds
* 1/4 cup cashews
* 1 Tbsp Pistachios
* 1 Tbsp Watermelon or cantaloupe seeds (peeled)
* 2 Tbsp Poppy seeds, roasted and ground fine first
* 5 Rose petals
* Soak in 1/2 cup water for at least 4 to 5 hours or overnight. Peel almonds and blend everything in the same water until it is a nice smooth paste.


Roast dry and grind fine
* 1 Tbsp peppercorns
* 1 Tbsp fennel seeds
* 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
* 1 Tbsp Green cardamom seeds
* Pinch of cinnamon
* Pinch of nutmeg

* 5 cups Milk, boiled
* Pinch of saffron
* 1/2 cup Sugar (can use rock sugar or sweetener)

Garnish
* Sliced nuts
* Rose petals

Method
* Boil milk, let it cool down. Heat 1/4 C milk and add saffron
* Put milk, blended nuts, powdered spices, saffron milk and sugar in the blender and blend it nicely for a few minutes.
* Chill Thandai in the fridge. Serve cold and garnish with chopped nuts and rose petal. Can add few ice cubes too. Add more milk or some cold water if needed.

A spice masterclass - the essentials you need in your spice collection🤎

Ingredients for garam masala:
4 Tbsp cumin seeds
2 Tbsp coriander powder
2 bay leaves
1 tsp peppercorns
6-7 cardamom pods, seeds removed
10-13 cloves
1 tsp mace
1/4 tsp cinnamon

On low heat, roast all ingredients for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool down completely and grind it fine.
