Hello Yoga friends!
I am back in FL for a short visit to pack up the rest of my home and belongings. It has been a busy few weeks for sure. I would love to connect and do some yoga together if we get a warm day for an outdoor practice! Love to hear from you!

Farewell for now my FL peeps! I will miss you!

Group classes are back! Starting October 1st

Monday’s 7:30 am Yin Yoga
Thursdays 7:30 am Rise and Shine Yoga Flow.

Tuesday and Thursdays 9:30 am Cardio Sculpt.

Members and all staff are required to wear a mask. Super safe and really great group of peeps!!
