Out of necessity comes invention. I began my journey into the world of healing foods and plants like many others: when my health hit rock bottom. ADD, Crohns, anemia, brain fog, anxiety, hormonal imbalance just to name a few. This was a gift and opportunity to reconnect with my body to find the true cause of these imbalances. It brought me into the kitchen and taught me how to nourish and heal myself using nothing but plants from our Earth. The shift I felt was so incredible, it inspired me to work in a professional kitchen, become a chef, educate myself in herbalism, and now share this wonderful wisdom with you.
