YOGAveda life is a complete system of health and self-care using the wisdom of Ayurveda and yoga.

This is my expression of a life of practice and studies in Yoga and Ayurveda. I took my first Yoga teacher training in 1993 with the Sivananda organisation and have been teaching since then. I have studied other yoga methods and have developed my own unique way of teaching yoga. I studied Ayurveda in 1995 with Dr Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico and have continued studying and learning from other well know teachers as well as through my own practice and clients.
