Today was a HUGE day for us.

First, we sat down for an immensely emotional, and inspiring podcast interview with Alfonso James, a man who, can you believe this? is fully guided by LOVE, after being sentenced to 105 years for a crime he did not commit.

He served 32 years of that sentence (5 of those years in solitary confinement) and is now on a path to full exoneration!

Secondly, after recording 119 episodes with the lovely, esteemed Meridith Grundei, we've brought this chapter to a close.

Today was OUR FINAL PODCAST EPISODE, embracing the power of 𝑔𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑣𝑒𝑠 𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑚𝑖𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛 to show up fully to other passion projects.
