Starting this week, we’re welcoming two new yoga styles at Mauna — each offering a different way to meet yourself on the mat.
Anusara Yoga
A heart-centered Hatha practice focused on conscious alignment and the awakening of vital energy.
Classes begin with centering and breathwork, followed by a mindful exploration of asana, and close with deep integration through relaxation or Yoga Nidra.
Ideal for building a sustainable, embodied, and self-led practice.
Intuitive Flow
A fluid, free-form practice guided by sensation, breath, and inner listening rather than fixed sequences.
This class invites you to move intuitively, soften the mind, and allow movement to become expression, release, and presence.
No expectations — just breath, movement, and feeling.
