Hey you beautiful Yogis living in San Miguel and visitors who KNOW our studio and those who would come.
I am back from my month long adventure out on the planet!!
It was a most amazing trip filled with new sights and connections..and lots of my time On The Mat! Heaven.

THE STUDIO is OPEN, And we are On The Mat again..at Aldama 9
Posada Corazon, Just ring the bell and say YOGA. Come down the path into the magnificent gardens and go right right in front of the pool. You will enjoy the experience. There is a DELIGHTFUL restaurant, comador libre on the property for breakfast that is the talk of the town after class if so inclined.

The Heat is over, fingers crossed we had rain, good rain last night...we could hear the rejoicing!!!

This is a great time to come to your mats after a lazy May month or a long plane ride. Come join us On The Mat

Hola My beautiful Yogis and friends of The Mat!
Happy New YEAR! Coming into 2024, a year of the most expansion ever. And where to create this On The Mat!

More and more visits from Yogis from all over the world coming down the path at the Posada Corazon, Aldama 9 to Fabienne's Yoga Studio. This is my 8th year in this most sacred space.

The Garden is at its zenith, so beautiful and inviting. Just turn right at the bottom of the path and UP in front of the pool.
I have all we need (mats, bolsters, blocks, etc) to make for a most healing and enjoyable experience On the Mat here in SMA!
I welcome all levels. SO wonderful to see friends from the past, many coming up the path these last weeks. Seems like this 2024 yogis are being drawn BACK to their daily practice again. The space where MAGIC happens. Come move and Breathe with us. I promise you will have a wonderful experience.

Hola My beautiful Friends and Yogins,

Well it has been a while since I have posted
I am so bad at this...I feel like it today! The weather is stellar these days, Just look at that beautiful SUN pouring the LIGHT on us here in San Miguel. BREATHE it in. We are so Blessed.

What an amazing fun Day of the Dead this year. The entire Jardin had its face on! A Mitzvah for sure. I smiled a lot walking thru the streets. So Grateful.
We are practicing some Great Yoga in the Aldama Studio at the Posada Corazon, Many new people, frequent visitors, seeing old faces walk up the path is the best and our locals all sharing lives and stories.

A beautiful Breath and Movement class. You will love it. Leaving your MAT with a feeling of SPACIOUSNESS in and around you.
Thats a promise.
