We are on the lookout for dynamic tenant partners to bring to life a health-focused restaurant and co-working space in Puerto Escondido, Mexico. Our vision is to create a vibrant hub that not only serves delicious, health-conscious cuisine but also doubles as an energetic co-working space.
This unique venue is designed to host a variety of events and activities, including regular ecstatic dances, diverse ceremonies, engaging events, and wellness-focused activities like fitness classes and yoga sessions. The space boasts a substantial seating capacity for over 100 people, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger events.
In line with our commitment to wellness and fitness, we plan to enhance the space with the addition of a rooftop pergola and a calisthenics jungle gym, offering an innovative approach to health and fitness in a serene, outdoor setting.
The kitchen, covering approximately 35 square meters, is well-suited for a health-oriented culinary venture. The main level of the facility, encompassing around 600 square meters, serves as the primary business rental space, offering ample room for both the restaurant and the co-working area.
We are looking for tenant partners who align with our health-centric ethos. Ideal candidates should be not only health-oriented but also easygoing, strong communicators, self-sufficient, and preferably bring some experience in building a hospitality business.
