Come breathe and support those who have lost their homes due to the hurricane with your thoughts, energy, and donations. Graziella is graciously offering her studio and 100% of DONATIONS will be forwarded on. The power of the breath is indescribable and I've seen conscious, connected breathing create deep healing and transform lives time and time again, and I'm so excited to combine this with the power of good intent and gracious action!
In this 90-minute session, we will alter our state of consciousness and our brainwaves and go on a deep inner journey. The breath will be the medicine and guide, and it will take us exactly where we need to go for our highest good and awakening. If you’ve been hearing about breathwork and are curious, want to go deeper on your breathwork journey, or are feeling called to do something that will create real, lasting change, then I invite you to join next week and gain the benefit of knowing your inner working is benefiting the Sayulita community as well!

About Me:
I trained with the world-renowned breathwork school Alchemy of Breath which provides an incredibly comprehensive 400-hour Breathwork Training. I also worked for Alchemy for several years as their lead writer which enhanced my learning. Then I studied at the international training school Breathing Space and now work as a mentor and breathwork teacher there. I've additionally written the breathwork curriculum for Owaken, and have been offering Breathwork for over 4 years.
As a writer and researcher, I have a depth of knowledge in all things wellness related and a particular passion for supporting trauma recovery, reprogramming the subconscious mind, overcoming abuse and narcissism, and helping people step into their greatness and unconditional self-love with their breath.
My first session changed my life and since then I have filled my days with all things breathwork. I'm constantly studying and learning more about it and offering it as much as possible. I believe sharing breathwork with the world is my life’s purpose and I feel so honored and grateful to get to do this work!!!
