11 days. 5 women. One powerful (and fun!) beginning.
These incredible humans just completed part 1 of our 200-hour Teacher Training. 11 days of showing up while the moon sets and the sun rises, practicing presence, listening to their bodies, and doing the work. We’re so proud of them.
Yes, they’re learning how to teach an safe vinyasa practice built on strong foundations. But it goes deeper than alignment and intelligent sequencing. We’re grounding, learning how to be in our bodies, connecting, softening, getting curious, and remembering what it feels like to be humans that can take up space.
Watching this kind of growth unfold is a privilege and lights up our hearts. We can barely wait to welcome these women back to Sayulita for Module 2 in February 💘🎈
