Casa Arriba -total house - 3/3 is available to rent for a year starting in mid to late February. Perfect for a retired couple with visiting family or very responsible off-site workers. It cannot be sublet to airbnb guests. Will consider a small dog with deposit.

Includes gardener 3x a week, housekeeping 1x a week (option to have more days at your cost). Utilities extra.

Our Story

Beautiful casa with natural materials and art; sea and jungle views; cool dipping pool; lots of outside space for lounging, yoga; use of main kitchen casita; private balconies. In upscale neighborhood above congestion and noise. Excellent location for hiking the Nanzal hill, Sayulita's unofficial exercise course. Four minute drive to anywhere and 10 minute walk to North End playa and the plaza. We have golf carts for you to rent and concierge services should you wish to have us book your entertainment etc. for you.

Our guests give us five star reviews for making their trips relaxing and memorable. The design of the casa allows the utmost in privacy or community, as you wish, and is a fabulous place for retreats, artists, writers and business off sites.

The house was designed and built by its owner and myriads of talented hands. Not one electric tool or equipment was used, all cement hand mixed and applied; rocks for the foundation and walls carried hand over head by hardworking Mexicans from Chiapas. The attention to details shows in the casitas which feature high, pitched and beamed ceilings with patate mat impressions in cement; copper sinks in two casitas; stone showers and details throughout the casitas. The kitchen casita is for guests’ use or if you want your own private kitchenette, Casita Blanca is your home away from home.

Come join the tropical birds, the lush jungle foiliage, in one of the best areas of Sayulita. Don’t fear the hill, how far is four minutes from everything? Or if you want to party, hop a cab back at night. You’ll thank us for the peace away from the loud scene below.
