Hi everyone!! This is our result from todays surgery; you can still see it in our stories. Our patient previously had a VSG surgery. We performed a High BMI Full abdomen lift, a combination of: lower body lift , Fleur de Lis tummy tuck, and reverse tummy tuck. Combined with a brassiere Torsoplasty or upper back lift. This is in an immediate post op picture, there is still a long way to go in recovery to see her final result. But it’s a good start 😷👋🏻.

Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I had a chance to post something. But I wanted you to meet Kristel! She lost 140 lbs with help of a gastric bypass, and trusted us for her skin removal surgery. We performed a belt lipectomy with a butterfly lift (lower body lift), fat grafting to the breast, extended arm lift, and J torsoplasty. You can see her before picture, and 3 month post op. Like I always say, surgery is the easy part, the recovery is the hard part. Everyone heals differently depending on multiple factors like age, nutritional state, number of procedures done, BMI at the time of surgery, type of WLS, just to name a few; Be patient, loving and kind to yourself. Roads are never perfect, but all roads eventually come to an end.

Hi everyone!! Meet , after loosing 200lbs, and putting in the hard work at the gym, he found himself still not seeing the change he was looking for. Excess skin removal, and plastic surgery after massive weight loss has a role in male patients as well! The most common procedures required in male patients address the chest, and the abdomen. In this patient we performed a chest lift, modified torsoplasty, and a belt lipectomy (360 tummy tuck ) with some areas of liposuction. In this pictures you can see him before weight loss , after weight loss, and one month post op. He is still weeks away from is end result , but already looks great ! Keep up the hard work Ben, and don’t worry , you’ll be back at the gym very soon!!

Hi everyone !! Meet Paulette
After loosing 160 pounds through diet and exercise, she realized that excess skin requires more than all that hard work and discipline . Her stats are 5'4, her highest weight was 313lbs, her actual weight is 152lbs. We performed a belt lipectomy with butterfly lift (lower body lift), FDL tummy tuck, reverse tummy tuck, breast lift with implants, brachioplasty (arm lift), and J torsoplasty.
Creating healthy habits prior to surgery, usually result in maintaining those habits post op; making it easier to go back to a healthy lifestyle, and overall making your results better in the future. This patient is a little over a year post op, and continues to motivate and push herself to maintain the discipline that got her here.

Hi everyone! 240 pounds of weightloss come with dramatic changes in skin laxity, and remanent skin in unwanted areas. One of the top 3 areas that are considered a main concern for the majority of our patients, their arms. An extended arm lift is a surgical procedure that helps patients get rid of unwanted skin from their forearm, to their armpit; making them less heavy, more aesthetic, and easier to not be to self conscious about them in their daily routine. This patient lost almost 240lbs with help of a duodenal switch, and even though you can’t see her face; she is smiling on both pictures.

Hi everyone! We are living unprecedented times! So many things happening so fast everywhere in the world, and so much information and misinformation available every second. As you all know we’ve always valued our patients trust, and safety; every country is going thru tough times, not everyone is moving at the same speed, and not all are affected the same, but we’re all fighting the same fight. That being said, the spread and rise of infection rate in our country has been a lot slower than most countries, even in our city as I write this there is only 1 confirmed case; however there is no question on the potential outcome of reacting with hesitation on a threat like this one. We have been trying to respect everyone’s sacrifice and patience for their scheduled surgery date, we have patients that wait up to a year for this day! So we have been trying to keep doing surgeries as long as it’s allowed by our country’s health laws in a manner of helping patients not loose their plans for this time. However, even tho it’s not yet prohibited to do private surgeries in a private facility that tends to sterile surgeries only, and has its own protocols to check patients and personnel for covid-19, influenza, and infectious diseases in general; we find ourselves joining this social distancing that seems to have made a difference in other countries, and will add our grain of sand to this global situation. All surgeries for the next 3 weeks have been rescheduled; this measure is taken to reduce exposure during the next couple of weeks which are considered the most contagious phase. Here in Mexico we are still in phase 1, so we really are jumping the gun here , but better safe than sorry. I apologize to everyone affected by this situation, and I’m sure most of you will understand that this goes beyond us. I would also like to thank all of this patients for understanding and being so cooperative in helping Andy getting them set at a different date. We will take advantage this 3 weeks to catch up on quotes , aftercare , and Dr. Sánchez and myself will try to do live Q&A to make good use of this time. Thanks everyone !! Hello Friends 🤗 Happy Saturday!
Meet from Syracuse, NY! She has lost 190 pounds with diet, exercise and the help of a VSG. After successfully loosing weight she reached out to our team to assist in her transformation. One year older, one year wiser ! Happy new year everyone !! Thank you for making 2019 another year of amazing growth. I love doing the recap of our year stats in these posts. We couldn’t be more blessed having 343 patients put their life and trust in our hands. The combined amount of weight loss between all of them adds up to an amazing 33,465 lbs !!! (15,211kgs). And the amount of excess skin we removed this 2019 adds up to 2042lbs!! A little bit over a ton; that’s the weight of a small car!! We where able to perform 1262 procedures , removed 775 liters of fat thru liposuction, injected 147 liters thru fat grafting (bbl). And got the opportunity to meet and hear the stories of all this amazing patients that are fighting their own fight, each one of them has their own story, and we are honored to now be a part of it. Thank you ! All of you who have been supporting, following, all our patients future and past, thank you, all our nurses, valets and staff, special thank you to , and you guys make my life and the patients life a little safer and easier thru this process. From her following us to learn more about procedures and what we do, to us following her to take a look at what she’s making of this life. That’s usually how it goes, and we are always really happy to see patients making the best of it 😊. This is from Connecticut.
