We are at the midpoint of our rainy, quiet season.🌿 It’s been a joyful time, full of slow mornings with my little one and a heightened focus on my personal practices. As a lifelong learner, my curiosity has continuously led me towards health, healing, connection with nature, and joy.🌊🌈

Join us tomorrow at 9 AM for a yoga fundraiser benefiting local family with high needs that needs extra support. Class will be taught by Helen Barnett, a visiting teacher who comes from the UK via Spain. Helen is an herbalist and yoga teacher. Class is donation-based.

Únase a nosotros mañana a las 9 am para una recaudación de fondos de yoga en beneficio de la familia local con altas necesidades que necesita apoyo adicional. Gayatri Mantra- The eternal, earth, air, heaven.

That glory, that resplendence of the sun.

May we contemplate the brilliance of that light.

May the sun inspire our minds.

Que honremos el solsticio de verano y la cima del poder del sol en este día.

Gayatri Mantra- El eterno, la tierra, el aire, el cielo.

Our Story

About the studio

At Radiant Heart Yoga we offer yoga classes, private and group plant medicine ceremonies, therapeutic bodywork, and a community space for workshop and events; all set in a gorgeous beachfront location in Playa Troncones, a small town in Guerrero, Mexico. Our location is private, very quiet, and serene.

We offer a blend of classes- flow classes to clear energy blockages, restorative classes to soothe the body mind and spirit, and other traditions depending on our current teachers.

Private classes are available, here at the studio, or at your place in Troncones/Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa area.
