Sometimes the reality of your plans far exceeds your expectations, and become a peak experience. Such was the case recently, when I finally met a group with whom I’d been in touch for a few months. Coming from a psychedelic-assisted therapy clinic in Canada, they were visiting Mexico with a group of patients and clients, and were planning to have their own experiences with psychedelics here. For the last few months, we had been discussing the logistics of how to merge our worlds~ ceremonial & therapeutic, in a way that felt safe, comfortable, and in alignment for everyone. When the time finally arrived, what unfolded was far more enchanting and healing than I think any of us expected. The blending of worlds happened naturally, with an easy flow and grace. We emerged with new eyes and open hearts full of possibility. And although we come from different countries, backgrounds, education, cultures~ we are also brothers and sisters, humbly united as children of mother earth.

I’m grateful for the chance to lay down strong prayers with such a powerful group of healers. Now that we have met, there’s no doubt our paths with continue to merge~ so stay tuned for what’s to come. 🙏🏽🦅🌊🐋❤️‍🔥🦋🌺

In the heart of Troncones is a beautiful café, spacious and set under the dappled sunlight coming through tall coconut trees. It’s run by a couple of humble local women who create healthy and delicious food. Every platter is a work of art. This is my go-to and my gold standard.⚱️Check them out in the courtyard of Las Rocas villas, across from Present Moment.

🫰🏽🔥 Spontaneity must be seen as a part of this beautiful practice of yoga. We not only work on building flexible bodies, but also flexible minds.

Today my toddler had to stay home from school. I couldn’t find a last minute baby-sitter, so she came along to my class at . There was a flurry of activity this morning when I realized I had to rearrange everything, but we made it! And she was fully on display as her barely four-year-old self.

Sometimes you just have to let go of control and flow! Thanks for snapping some picture evidence. 🥰
