Fear can show up in so many ways—anxiety, worry, overwhelm, fear of aging, fear for our children, or just that lingering sense of unease. In this supportive 2-hour workshop, Christina Helms (RYT-500, LCSW) will guide you through yoga and meditation practices designed to help you soften tension, release patterns of fear, and reconnect with a deeper sense of strength, safety, and inner calm.

This workshop includes an intentional yoga practice, guided meditation, and optional reflection to help you move from gripping to grounding—so you can meet fear with more ease, clarity, and compassion.

Are there behaviors about yourself that you want to change or better understand? Discover shared habits through group discussions, and reflect deeper into yourself with brief, private journaling. Then, allow Sarah to guide you through some pranayama (breathwork) and gentle movement practices. Everything comes together at the end with Yoga Nidra - a meditative yoga style where you suspend yourself between waking and sleeping.

We’ll begin with a gentle body scan meditation to ground into the present moment, followed by calming pranayama (breathwork) to regulate the nervous system. From there, allow yourself to fully surrender as the healing vibrations of Tibetan bowls, and other instruments wash over you—clearing energetic blockages and inviting deep rest.

This session is open to all and especially supportive for anyone feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply in need of space to reconnect with themselves.

Bring a yoga mat (or borrow ours), cozy layers, and an open heart.
