A night of chanting and devotion to Hanuman — the symbol of strength, loyalty, courage, and pure-hearted service.

The rain didn’t stop us… it reminded us why we gather.

Rama Navami at Ganesha’s Lounge ✨

An evening held in devotion, remembrance, and unity.

We gathered to honor Lord Rama, an incarnation of Vishnu, the preserver of dharma — and were blessed to receive the living wisdom of this tradition through our facilitators.

With deep gratitude to Vishnu, for sharing his knowledge and guiding us through the essence of the path…
To Vijay, for offering his infinite wisdom and opening the doorway to the heart of bhakti…
To Yasoda, for bringing the richness of tradition and ritual into our hands and voices…
To Prakash, for holding the vision that allows these sacred spaces to exist and flourish…
And to Jayson, for holding space with such presence, sharing, and supporting the container throughout the evening…

And to our beautiful sangha — the community that came together to chant, to pray, to be present.

Through kirtan, fire chanting, and celebration, we honored not just a day… but a way of being.

May the name of Ram continue to live in our hearts.

Starting this Wednesday, we invite you to join us for our new Sadhana practice. Our heart’s desire for this program is to help you discover your own unique form of divine communication.

To us, Sadhana is a gentle ritual of self-purification—a dedicated time to clear the noise and reconnect with your inner light.

Guided by the wonderful Jayson Barniske .ashtangatulum ✨ this is so much more than a standard yoga class. It is a full experience of integration, designed to empower you to develop and nurture your very own personal practice.

✦ Our Evening Flow:
· Asana: Moving consciously to honor the physical body.
· Pranayama: Clearing the mind and energy through breath.
· Savasana: Concluding with deep healing and meditation to integrate the practice.

Deep gratitude to everyone who joined us for Mahashivaratri — the Great Night of Shiva — and shared such a powerful evening of devotion, mantra, puja, aarti, and sacred teachings.

This is a night in the yogic tradition when the energy of transformation is amplified — a portal to release old patterns, sit in deep stillness, and reconnect with the infinite consciousness within. Together, through ritual and prayer, we honored Shiva as the force that dissolves illusion and awakens truth.

Thank you for chanting, offering, learning, and holding this sacred container with us. 🕉️

Can you feel your heart when it truly opens?
This is how we lived our Valentine’s Day… from the soul.

With gratitude and reverence, we gathered in sacred space to share warm cacao, prepared with intention and so much love. As the steam rose from our cups, so did our hearts — softening, remembering, reconnecting.

The live music was nothing short of magical. Each melody touched something deeper within us. We are deeply grateful to our beloved artists Crystal, Hunab, Kareli, Maria, Ganesha, and Xul-Ha for holding such a powerful and beautiful container.

Crystal guided us through voice and heart harmonization — teaching us not only how to sing with technique, but how to sing with the vibration of the heart. She reminded us that our voice is medicine.

In one of the most profound moments of the evening, the other singers and artists, invited us to literally listen to our own hearts. They brought a medical stethoscope, allowing us to hear our own heartbeat. We sat in stillness, present in the here and now, listening to the sacred rhythm that keeps us alive. It was intimate. It was real. It was unforgettable.

We closed the night with a golden finale, listening to Xul-Ha — his music carrying us into devotion, tenderness, and celebration. .ha.musica

And of course, we shared delicious food, laughter, embraces, and community.

Thank you to everyone who came.
Thank you for trusting this sacred and authentic space.
Thank you for opening your heart with us.
