We regularly utilize; craniopathy, myofascial release, and visceral organ therapy, ergonomic and exercise recommendations, diet and nutritional counseling, along with stress management techniques to enhance the power of the chiropractic adjustments we deliver. Our primary chiropractic technic is known as SOT (Sacro-Occipital technique). It is a combination of the best chiropractic and osteopathic treatments, fully integrated to aid the body in releasing long standing distortion patterns and ultimately heal. We also acknowledge that all healing is accomplished by the innate intelligence of the body. This is why in addition to employing our profound understanding of human anatomy and physiology, along with the highest level of technical skill and training, we hold a space of health and healing for each of our patients.
