I often get the question: ''Why is massage good for me? How can it help?''. Important question and to be honest there is not always a single clear protocol for this.
When I speak from my knowledge and experience I often explain this:
Our body is a movement machine. During the day a lot is asked of our body. I believe that an external impulse such as a massage has a positive influence on the recovery of your body.
it's a new kind of input that's much different than what your body gets on a daily basis.
It's certainly not just that, it's an addition to everything else you can do. Think of nutrition, stretching, mobilization, sleep, s*x, laughter, eat taco's 😉 if there is more, just let me know.
