🩺✨ Surgery day completed successfully ✨🩺

Today I had the opportunity to operate on two amazing patients:

🔹 First surgery:
Dina was originally scheduled for a SADIS, but during the intraoperative endoscopy, we discovered a large hiatal hernia, which changed our plan.
👉 We ended up performing a Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (R&Y), which was more appropriate for her case.
(That’s why intraoperative endoscopy is so important 🙏)

🔹 Second surgery:
A gastric sleeve performed without complications. Everything went smoothly and both patients are now in recovery 💪💙

🌟 20 months ago I was 330 lbs, hopeless, and scared of never changing. 🌟
