2） 头部舒缓
用法 ：将酵素万用滴酵素滴在左右眼各滴一滴，然后把眼睛闭上，向右左方向各转三圈，舒服后再把眼睛睁开。
功能：在太阳穴部位的头痛，其实是眼晴太累引起的，是眼晴後方拉着的眼外肌和视神经，當长时间用眼力看東西時产生的不适。有时头痛是一种症状，也是说眼睛有内压的情况。压力将导致近视，散光，远视，更为严重的青光眼和老花眼。因此，简单的方法来释放眼睛疲劳是让眼睛休息。假如我们的眼睛长时间暴露在灰尘中，也可能会导致眼睛发炎或红眼。
