Jom kita belajar serba sedikit pasal keselamatan menggunakan essential oil.

EO yang mengandungi tumbuh2an dalam gambar di bawah ini perlu dielakkan bagi mereka yang ada sawan atau epilepsi. Ini kerana kandungan ketone yang tinggi. EO apa tu?

Thieves memang elok for antimicrobial effect. Thieves ade eo-eo yang very good for disinfecting and can also use as alternative or support masa kena virus infection.

Thieves ni pun ada cengkih or clove. clove ni dia ada effect bius, bagi rasa kebas. which is why it is so good utk sakit or gatal tekak.

Lemon ni eo paling basic and simple. Lemon eo diperbuat daripada kulit dan bukan dari jus. Kulit lemonlah yang paing banyak khasiat.

Kulit lemon sangatlah bernutrisi. Mulai dari vitamin C, mineral, dan seratnya, kulit lemon tak bisa Anda buang begitu saja. Demikian p**a dengan kandungan D-limonene-nya yang memiliki sifat antioksidan.

1) Menangkal bacteria
2) Memelihara kesihatan mulut
3) Melawan radikal bebas
4) Menguatkan daya tahan tubuh
5) Detox

For me, selalu letak 2 drop dlm Ningxia tiap2 pagi. Sgt senang dari kena potong lemon then peel kulit die.

EO jugak boleh guna utk Weight Loss Trio. Ade 2 option boleh drop EO either beli vege capsule dekat farmasi & korang letak 3-4 drop each of Grapefruit, Lemon & Peppermint atau plg senang letak dlm minuman korang.

Last holiday kite bwk Salahuddin & Syariifuddin pegi Melaka. Kite habiskn 5 jam utk tour satu Zoo Melaka tapi Syariifuddin plg takut nk masuk dinasour park 🤣. Dengar bunyi dinasour je terus nangis.

Bile dh boleh rentas negeri, boleh korang with kids pegi Zoo Melaka. B*k sgt attractions yg best.
