#2 : 6 steps to harvest your milk kefir after 12 hours

Put back

Store

1. STIR the mixture of MKG and fresh Milk which has been fermented for 12 hours

2. POUR the mixture over a plastic seive into a jug

3. SEIVE with the help of a tea spoon to push the liquid down

4. PUT the MKG back in the glass jar which you just emptied

5. Add MILK into the MKG in glass jar for the next fermentation

6. STORE the milk kefir in the fridge

For a variety of produce :

Chill time for yogurt - 1-2 hours
Chill time for greek yogurt - 3-4 hours
Chill time for cheese - 8-12 hours

What do we do with the whey?

Drink it as it, make smoothie, protein shake or use it for cooking. Be creative!

After SPSPMS, pour the milk kefir into a fabric seive (traditional coffee strainer or penuras) and let it drip

This one is tricky, need to find your right tools and practise
